About Our Bi-Annual Leadership Training

Each year, Word In Season Ministries gathers its leaders, ministry teams, and emerging voices for a time of renewal, equipping, and alignment during our Bi-Annual Leadership Training. This is more than just a meeting—it's a sacred moment of impartation, vision casting, and spiritual sharpening as we prepare to lead with excellence in the year ahead.

Led by Bishop Dudley, along with Dr. Mack and Executive Pastor Freida McCullough, this training is designed to inspire unity, clarify mission, and strengthen the hands of those called to serve. Whether you serve on the front lines or behind the scenes, this experience will empower you to lead with integrity, walk in purpose, and stay rooted in God’s heart for His people.
